Our operational framework adheres strictly to the statutory principles of French public benefit associations under the Law of 1 July 1901. We operate in continuous synergy with municipal representatives, the Communauté de Communes Vallée de l'Ubaye Serre-Ponçon (CCVUSP), local public schools, the Caisse d'Allocations Familiales (CAF), and regional youth governance agencies. By transforming out-of-school hours into purposeful learning and civic discovery, we provide parents with trustworthy, structured childcare while equipping young citizens with durable humanistic values.
Programme Éco-Citoyenneté Alpine et Sentiers de l'Ubaye
This flagship program immerses youth aged 8 to 17 in tangible ecological preservation across the valley. Participants engage in mountain trail rehabilitation, wildlife habitat observations in collaboration with Mercantour National Park wardens, and selective waste collection workshops. By connecting youngsters directly with their local natural habitat, the project cultivates deep ecological responsibility and pride in regional stewardship.
Structured as weekly modules during the spring and autumn terms, each session alternates between classroom discussions on climatic adaptation in high-altitude zones and direct field stewardship. Young participants prepare public exhibitions presented at annual municipal assemblies, giving them direct voice in local environmental forums.

Addressing the digital divide in rural areas requires more than basic internet access; it demands critical thinking, media literacy, and safe technological practices. Hosted at the Maison des Associations in Jausiers, our digital workshop provides teenagers with state-monitored equipment to explore digital audio recording, documentary photography, introductory computer coding, and cyber-harassment prevention.
Through our collaborative local media projects, youth conduct interviews with senior valley residents, recording oral histories regarding pastoral life, traditional alpine architecture, and twentieth-century valley migrations to Mexico. These recordings are transcribed, archived, and made available free of charge to community researchers, strengthening intergenerational bridges.

In a high-altitude setting where the physical environment is both an inspiring playground and a zone demanding disciplined safety, our sports education initiative introduces children to climbing ethics, snow safety fundamentals, hiking orientation, and cooperative team sports. We prioritize non-competitive cooperation over athletic elitism, guaranteeing that children of all physical abilities and socio-economic backgrounds participate equally.
Every participant is supplied with properly maintained communal safety equipment funded through municipal subventions and partner contributions, completely removing the financial hurdle of costly mountain gear for lower-income rural households.
